Once your purchase has been confirmed, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Please keep in mind that these timeframes are an estimate only. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays.

Shipping Charges

Once tracking confirms that your parcel has been delivered, Not Applicable Division is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or unable to be located. We are also not responsible for delays, handling issues, or delivery disruptions caused by third-party shipping providers, including Australia Post.
